We start with a robust rye crust and fill it with the flavors of Oktoberfest. JAZZ apples, roasted red potatoes, red cabbage, slowcooked pork in dark beer and our own bread and butter pickles, German mustard, Swiss ,seasonings are slowly baked together to reach an October gold hue& topped with Pretzel Brittle. Wunderbar!!
