Fat Tuesday, the eve of the beginning of Lent(springtime) could not come too soon this year. A visit to our Mardi Gras Collection will offer you ideas for your celebrations. For savory we have classic pies such as Shrimp Étouffée, Jambalaya, Crawfish Pie to name a few. For the sweets you may choose from Classic Southern Pecan, Bananas Foster, Sweet Potato, Key Lime, Creme Brulee, and a whole "parade" of choices. Our pies are available in full size (serves 8,) bite size (Cutie Pies, by the dozen for fork-free party fare) and a personal pie (serves 1-2.)
