Read more →Monday, June 2 .....all about timing8:26 am received a text from Mike " Hi Cindy any fresh baked Strawberry Rhubarb today?"My reply, "Actually I'm baking one now that's being shipped to Philly, so, yes."12:18 delivered pie to Mike at work ( it was still slightly warm)12:36 Mike sent the before & after pictures. He and his comrades demolished it. All about timing. Thanks for ordering Mike!! While 20 minutes is not the norm, our pies do NOT last long in the pan.
