  • Introducing Cafe Crust

I am a coffee person, drink it often, late at night(not a problem,) and prefer mine black. Like many, I enjoy a cup with my pie, and I do enjoy pie! The quest for a coffee pie to add to the menu began a while ago. Most coffee pies are based on super sweet liquor, wafer crusts, and are cream varieties. I wanted to offer pure coffee in a simple form without all the sugar, liquor, and heavy cream, thus the Cafe Crust was created. We incorporate fresh roasted Turkish ground(the finest) directly in our dough adding a bit of...

  • Fudged

There is some things we enjoy now and then when we have a craving for a specific flavor. Not the case with our Fudge Pie. I always enjoy this taste(unadulterated chocolate,) this texture(gooey goodness,) this aroma(pure chocolate,) and while IT does not make a sound, after the first bite is taken a hum of enjoyment is the sound you'll hear, (something like mmmm.) Yes, I really do like chocolate and I suppose i am a purist when it comes down to it. We offer many variations on the Fudge Pie such as the Mint Melt-away, Rocky Road, Peppermint Fudge, and we...

Lemon Sponge is a soft texture that reminds me of a baked lemon pudding I enjoyed as a child. The zest and juice of fresh lemons is balanced by a moderate amount of...
